Cheryl holds degrees in Psychology and Visual Merchandising, and constantly keeps up with the latest home & market trends applying her knowledge to every listing and buyer purchasing a home. Gregory Lynch, JD

Since joining the Lynch Group, Gregory has evolved the organization into a client-focused, high-performance team which brings residential solutions to a diverse set of market segments that includes Ultra-Luxury, Residential Development, and Divorce Real Estate markets. Jerry Henberger

CEO of Agent Commercial

Jerry Henberger’s commercial background is extensive spanning 30 years. Jerry deploys state-of-the-art commercial resources, an impressive network of buyers and sellers, using Compass groundbreaking technologies and a support structure to serve the specific goals of our clients.

Jerry’s experience as the leader in the commercial real estate industry is well known with successes in the office, hospitality, medical, retail, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, mergers & acquisitions, and multi-family markets.

He also works extensively with hospitality buyers and sellers of estate wineries, golf courses, hotels and restaurants all benefiting from his market research, commercial programs, financial resources, property management and professional real estate services.

Pardis Shooli

Nancy, a Southern California native, earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Northridge. She went on to attend law school for a year at Chapman University before deciding to pursue a career in real estate. She obtained her real estate license in 2017, and has been a Transaction Coordinator since 2018. She became a Certified Transaction Coordinator through CAR at the end of 2020. She would say two of her strongest qualities are her attention to detail and organizational skills.
